Installment payments, too: Pay one-half and we work with you on corporate issues such as directors and officers, salaries, etc. We also do your corporate documents and (if Plan A) your incorporation documents. Pay the other half and we do the 501c3 documents. You have two months in which to make your second installment payment. You may extend this period by paying $100 per month.
We also have the Baby Installment Plan where you start with $500, we send you our Welcome Packet with your Corporation Questionnaire, and we work with you on corporate issues such as directors and officers, salaries, etc. Then, you pay a second $500, and we do your corporate documents and (if Plan A) your incorporation documents. Then you pay the second half, just like on the regular installment plan, and we do the 501c3 documents. All within 60 days. Just like on the regular installment payment plan, you may extend this period by paying $100 per month.
Payment Methods
Payment for our fees is by credit/debit card, PayPal, cashier's check or money order, or by wire transfer. We will send out FedEx to pick up your cashier's check or money order. There is a small discount for wire transfer: $40 if first installment payment, $75 if full payment. Any payment from abroad is only by wire transfer. Instructions for anything except credit/debit card or PayPal will appear at time of payment.
How much does it cost?
We had a choice to make. Either go for low price or top quality. For 29 years, we have emphasized quality. It's your choice, too, to choose top quality or not. We would rather be the best in town and leave it to others to be the cheapest in town.
Too inexpensive? Some people say they don't know if they should use our service: If it's so inexpensive, could there really be quality? To them, we say it's taken 29 years to simplify our service enough to bring the price down to 1/3 or 1/4 of what lawyers charge. (It is doubtful that any other lawyer has helped 970 nonprofit clients apply successfully to the IRS). Call around - see what lawyers charge.
Too expensive? Some other people say they can get it less expensively down the street. To them, we say, You can always find a cheaper pair of shoes, but don't complain if your feet hurt. (The bitterness of poor quality lasts far longer than the sweetness of low price.) Several of our clients have told us lawyers and CPA's in their area have quoted $8,000 to $10,000 to do this work.
Inflation? Since 2002, our base fee has been $1995. It hasn't gone up a penny. Your food bill has. Your gas bill has. Postage has. Taxes have. Even the IRS User fees have more than doubled. A lot of things have. Most things have. But our base fee has remained the same. Since 2002. How can we do this? Because we have constantly become more efficient.
Don't have the money? Over the many years of our service to the nonprofit community, there is one thing that we have seen over and overpeople who do not have the funds to get started. Almost invariably, these are people who are starting off all by themselves to accomplish their dream. For the "Lone Ranger," who cannot afford to launch his or her nonprofit, we advise you to interest others in your dream. Open up your nonprofit dream to more people, more helpers, more contributors, more talent, etc. Gather more people around you. Share your dream.
You are going to need others for directors and officers, and these people, if they "catch" an interest in your dream, can help you financially to launch your nonprofit. Almost invariably, when someone comes to us with a group of interested people, they don't have a problem coming up with the money for our fees and those of the state and the IRS.
It's the "Lone Rangers" who have a big dream and no finances to get it off the ground that find themselves unable to move forward. They are limited not only in financial ability but also in the ability to grow a vibrant, viable organization. If your first priority is to get a group of interested people together, you'll probably have the funds to get started. Even a few people contributing a few hundred dollars each can help you carry the burden. And, of course, if you use our legal document and our procedure, those contributions will be tax-deductible.
Fast delivery, great customer service.
Quality from start to finish.
