A Harvard Lawyer prepares all your documents.
Who prepares all the documents?

David Marmon, director of tax-exempt-status.com, graduate of Harvard Law School, is the person you'll be talking to and the person who will prepare your documents. He will help you with your nonprofit organization—help get you incorporated and get your 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status with the IRS. He's helped 700 nonprofit organizations obtain tax-exempt status since 1981, with a 100% success rate.

He no longer practices law, and he doesn't work for you as a lawyer (he'd have to charge you 2-3 times as much). He will not give you tax or legal advice, but will give you the benefit of his experience of incorporating and working on 501(c)(3)'s with the IRS for 25 years.

We strive for the highest moral and ethical standards as we work together to get you what you need for your nonprofit organization. We enjoy working with you since most of you are trying to make the world a better place with your organization.

We'll try to make it as easy as possible for you, but the fact is, there is some hard work to do that only you can do. Only you know about your nonprofit organization and what you want to do. Our clients tell us we make it easy for them, but with the new IRS Form 1023, it will be harder than it was before.

We'll do everything by e-mail, so sign up and let's get going. We're guessing the world needs whatever your organization has to offer.
