How much does it cost? We had a choice to make. Either go for bottom price or top quality. For 25 years, we have emphasized quality. It's your choice, too to choose top quality or not. We would rather be the best in town and leave it to others to be the cheapest in town. Contact our past clients and ask them if it was worth it. $1995 for our complete service. Add $400 if you want California FTB tax-exempt status. Plus your State filing fee and the IRS User Fee. Too inexpensive? Some people say they don't know if they should use our service: If it's so inexpensive, could there really be quality? To them, we say it's taken 25 years to simplify our service enough to bring the price down to 1/2 or 1/3 of what lawyers charge (it will be difficult to find a lawyer who has had 700 nonprofit clients apply to the IRS). Call around - see what lawyers charge. Too expensive? Some other people say they can get it less expensively down the street. To them, we say, You can always find a cheaper pair of shoes, but don't complain if your feet hurt. (The bitterness of poor quality lasts far longer than the sweetness of low price.) Installment payments, too: Pay one-half, and we do your corporate documents and your incorporation documents. Pay the other half (maximum two month interlude), and we do the 501c3 documents. |

| Over the many years of our service to the nonprofit community, there is one thing that we have seen over and overpeople who do not have the funds to get started. Almost invariably, these are people who are starting off all by themselves to accomplish their dream. For the "Lone Ranger," who cannot afford to launch his or her nonprofit, we advise you to interest others in your dream.
You are going to need others for directors and officers, and these people, if they "catch" an interest in your dream, can help you financially to launch your nonprofit. Almost invariably, when someone comes to us with a group of interested people, they don't have a problem coming up with the money for our fees and those of the state and the IRS. It's the "Lone Rangers" who have a big dream and no finances to get it off the ground that find themselves unable to move forward. If your first priority is to get a group of interested people together, you'll probably have the funds to get started. |
